After renting apartments for 14 years and moving over 15 times from my University days, to the age of 33, I finally had enough of renting and

in 2003, I cashed in my RRSP mutual funds and bought the smallest 330 square foot condo anyone has ever seen.  I have never looked back or had any regrets.  After that first transaction, I became so excited about owning, I started to learn everything I could about real estate.  Soon, I had another condo, then a triplex, then a vacant plot of land.  I certainly learned a great deal, and one main concept that stays in my mind is that everyone should make it a priority to stop renting and start owning.  The hardest part is making the commitment.  If you are employed with stable non seasonal work, and have some savings ($60,000+) but poor credit, it will work.  Contact me and I will explain the details with no pressure for you to commit.
